So, in the introduction of the game we can say “Demorash” game has been developed by Road Rash™ @ 1996 Electronic Arts and Papyrus Design Group, Inc. The game is developed to entertain bike racing on rash road. Players are bound to follow all the rules and regulations of traffic otherwise they may be punished by cops. Next option of “Demorash” bike racing computer game has name option. You can choose or write a player name which you want. Sound setting has great worth in the “Demorash” bike racing game. It offers good sound while playing the game. In spite of, you can setup sound according to your choice. Last option is input configuration in this game. A New Twist on the Legend Tetris is one of the most popular puzzle games of all time, with fans the world over. First developed in the Soviet Union in 1984, Tetris has been made available on almost every platform in existence, from computers to smart phones and everything in between. Tetris Zone is everything players love about the original Tetris with some modern extras added in to make the game the best its ever been. Whether you're a long term Tetris fanatic or a newcomer to the game, Tetris Zone is the game for you! One of the Best Puzzles Ever Created The concept of Tetris is deceptively simple and easy for beginners to grasp, yet the game is also difficult to master. The game is played on the center of the screen, and blocks fall down the matrix area in randomly generated patterns. If a player manages to arrange the blocks in a solid row ten spaces wide, that row will disappear. The unique shapes of the blocks make this a satisfying challenge. 7 different block shapes fit together in particular ways and are movable until they stick to the floor or another block. Players may move them from side to side and may rotate them in 90 degree increments. Tetris Zone, free and safe download. Tetris Zone latest version: The authentic Tetris. Tetris Zone is a popular, trial version multiplatform game (also available for. If the blocks reach the very top of the matrix, it's game over. Practice makes perfect. The bigger the move, the higher the score. Making 4 rows disappear at once is called a tetris, and this gives players a nice bonus. Also, in this modern version of the game the blocks remain movable for a short time after hitting a block or the floor. This will enable you to position blocks in tight spaces never before possible. Be sure to try for the T spin bonus! 4 Different Game Modes Tetris Zone has the following 4 game modes designed to keep the game interesting for the long haul: • Marathon: Work through fifteen levels of puzzle mayhem. • Sprint: The race is on to clear 40 lines! • Challenge: How far can you get in 10 minutes? • Master: Hard drops only mode. Can you manage it? Perfect Controls The default controls for Tetris Zone are intuitive and easy to use. However, they are also fully customizable, guaranteeing a comfortable experience for all players. You can feel free to set any keys you want, and you can always go back to the default settings again if desired. Replays and World Leaderboard Tetris Zone offers instant access to replays of your best ever games. Also, see how you stack up against other Tetris Zone players by visiting the global leaderboards. With gorgeous graphics and calm, soothing sound, Tetris Zone does this classic puzzle game justice. Tetris appeals to a broader audience than most puzzle games, making it a must play for anyone who enjoys a good game. Looking to play Tetris on your iPhone, iPad or Android phone or tablet? Check out DFG reviews of and for mobile devices. Tetris Zone Review Tetris Rebuilt 1984 should be a year that we all remember. Not just because it’s the title of a certain book by George Orwell, but because that was the year when the world was graced by one of the most legendary video games. Graphics may have improved over the years and more fantastic worlds may have been brought to life on computer screens, but few games will ever be able to boast the sheer fame and addictive quality of the classic block-stacking, row-clearing puzzler known as Tetris. After appearing on hundreds of computing platforms and just about every gaming console under the sun, it has been revamped by the original makers in the form of Tetris Zone. Does the formula still hold up after all of these years? Does it carry on the original’s legacy? The good news is that the answer to both questions is a resounding yes! The better news is that it also serves as proof that you can indeed teach new tricks to an old dog. Tetris Has Never Looked and Sounded Better No one plays Tetris for the graphics. The assorted blocks, or Tetriminos as they are affectionately called, may be iconic, but the visuals have always been simple at heart. That continues to be the case with Tetris Zone, but the game has been given a few visual tweaks to make it more pleasing to the eye. The background and interface elements have been given a computerized look that gives the game a neat futuristic vibe. It also changes color gradually and subtly over time, which is a pretty cool-looking effect that makes things livelier without being distracting in the least. The sound is more impressive. Tetris Zone boasts a number of oddly appealing techno tracks that would not be out of place in a work of science fiction. All of them are easy on the ears, and you’re free to decide which one you would prefer to listen to at any time. The sound effects are likewise given a soft computerized treatment, though the most impressive bit is the sultry female voice that sounds off whenever you do something particularly impressive. Hearing “Tetris” in a soothing whisper has never been more pleasing. The Greatest Game Ever Just Got Better If you’re familiar with Tetris, then everything should be self-explanatory here. The same Tetriminos that we’re all familiar with, from the handy T-Block to the surprisingly popular L-Block, are back as they drop from the sky to the bottom of your screen. You can control where and how they fall all in a bid to arrange them into neat little stacks and rows. When a row of blocks is successfully formed, it disappears and you collect your payment in points. The game ends either when you reach an objective or when the blocks stack so high that they hit the screen. Anyone can learn how to play Tetris and pick up the basics easily. All the old tricks that expert Tetris players can employ are back in full force. When a block gets as low as it can go, you can use the scant milliseconds you have left to slide or rotate it into place, filling in an otherwise tricky gap. You can form elaborate combos, you can perform the trusty T-spin, and you can score those wonderful Tetris maneuvers whenever you clear out four rows at once with the beautiful I-Block. You can go for a safe and steady strategy where you attempt to form rows as they come or you can aim for a high-risk-high-reward play style where you hold off on row-forming in favor of getting one Tetris after another. Both are perfectly valid. However, Tetris Zone is not a graphically-revamped port of the old classic. It improves upon the formula with a variety of new and enhanced features that make it more convenient to play without sacrificing what made it special in the first place. For one thing, it’s always been a mainstay for the game to give you a heads-up on what kind of Tetrimino is going to fall next. Tetris Zone gives you a preview of the next three blocks to come! The game is far more strategic than ever before and makes getting those Tetrises and T-spins a whole lot less risk-prone. You also get a preview of where exactly the current Tetrimino is slated to drop, so you don’t need to eyeball things as precisely anymore. Finally, if speeding up the fall of your current block is just not fast enough for you, then you can instead opt to warp it to the bottom instead. One other nice new feature is the on-screen display of statistics you’re treated with. These list how many combos, T-spins and Tetrises you’ve managed to pull in the current round. It’s not a big thing by any stretch of the imagination, but it is nice to see just how much of a trickster you can be. Not Everything Could Make It In light of all the improvements that have been made for Tetris, it’s unfortunate to note that Tetris Zone does not allow you to experience the original form of the game. That means there are no separate levels divided by difficulty to complete. All things considered, it may not be a big deal; there are plenty of free versions to find on the internet after all. It just would have been nice if we could play the old levels with the retooled visuals, sounds and interface. A New Tetris Experience Tetris Zone may not deliver the old Tetris experience, but it does have plenty of new ones. The game is effectively a compilation of different game modes that each require a different play style to succeed. For what it’s worth, they’re all very good fun. The first one is called Marathon and it’s probably the closest to classic Tetris in terms of gameplay. It starts out easy enough, but as you clear out rows and score points, the speed that the Tetriminos fall at gradually increases. It’s kind of like playing all the various difficulty levels of classic Tetris back to back. It’s fun, but it would have been better if you could choose your starting level of difficulty yourself. Challenge mode is a bit more interesting. You have ten minutes to score as many points as possible, with one caveat. Every two minutes, your total score has to meet the par or else your game will end early. This mode encourages you to set up elaborate combos for Tetrises and T-spins, making it a wee bit hairier and more strategic than usual. Sprint mode is almost the complete opposite of Challenge mode. It requires you to clear out 40 rows as quickly as you possibly can. While Challenge means you need to be meticulous in your row-filling in order to get the most points, Sprint demands that you make as many rows in as few seconds as possible. This is great for a quicker and more fast-paced round and can provide some good practice for handling fast-falling games. However, the most interesting mode is without a doubt Master mode. Whoever came up with this game was absolutely diabolical. The Tetriminos don’t fall in Master mode; they immediately warp right to the bottom of the screen. There’s never enough time to breathe and you have only a few precious milliseconds to slide and rotate them in place. One second of hesitation could cost you the round. This mode should be tough and hectic enough to keep even the most experienced Tetris masters on their toes. Is It Worth It? That is the biggest question with Tetris Zone. While it is a worthy entry to the Tetris series and offers a few new ways the classic puzzle game can be experienced, there’s just one minor niggling detail that might get in the way. It costs a fairly pricey twenty dollars. Considering the number of puzzle games you can find at a fraction of that price, not to mention the many free versions of Tetris that are available online, that’s a lot to ask for what’s ultimately a remix of an old game. Be that as it may, if you can get past the price or at least catch it while it’s on sale, Tetris Zone is a great puzzler that breathes new life into an already great game while providing many long hours of enjoyment. - Review by David Galvin. World of Tanks One of the mightiest PC free-to-play games there has ever been, that hides some complex game mechanics. It pits two sets of tankers against each other in team deathmatch. There are hundreds of vehicles to unlock across ten different tiers, from speedy scouts to hulking heavies. You’ll never believe so many tanks existed. World of Warships This isn’t a sim, and it isn’t an arcade game. – a pastiche, but a loving one. The controls are simple and welcoming, but allow for interesting tactics. It's more fun than Total War’s pondering naval engagements, definitely more approachable than Silent Hunter, and far, far deeper than the Pirates games. Surprising depth, if you'll excuse the submariner humour. Duelyst Duelyst is a free PC game that offers the free-to-play card game players something a little more strategic. Instead of a standard board, Duelyst proffers a five-by-nine grid straight out of a top-down tactical game like Blood Bowl, letting players move their cards about the board at will. Keeping with the emphasis on tactics, cards in Duelyst spawn in units rather than cards, like a CCG twist on chess, except with hundreds of potential pieces to choose from. Counterplay Games Inc. Have also lavished their game with a beautifully crisp 16-bit art style that’ll have you collecting cards for the art rather than their card effects. Star Trek Online Who wouldn’t want to take control of a starship, explore the fringes of the galaxy, battle dangerous aliens and train an elite crew of pangalactic professionals? That you’d make a much better Picard than Picard. Or, at least, than they do. Neverwinter Neverwinter comes from a long line of ambitious, multiplayer Dungeons & Dragons RPGs – following one of the first graphical MMOs, Neverwinter Nights, and the BioWare game of the same name. This is the cheapest yet, and benefits from the massively-multiplayer expertise of City of Heroes studio Cryptic. It’s also fantastic Forgotten Realms fan service: a place where you can meet both RA Salvatore’s Drizzt and Minsc from Baldur’s Gate. Warface, but less concerned with realism than its po-faced peers. Warfare wants you to do two things: cooperate with your team in urban deathmatches, and slide along on your arse while firing a machine gun. Star Conflict A plush, colourful space sim that takes the genre massively multiplayer, of an interplanetary skirmish that encompasses both PvE and PvP. Its void is as roomy as any other sector of space you might name, while its busy, man-made surface environments recall the twisty tunnels of the Descent series. Blade & Soul Blade & Soul's story is of a journey to the West: well-regarded enough in Asia to prompt a 10,000 signature petition for wider release, this martial arts MMO has since blown up under NCSoft West's stewardship. The keys to its success? High-wire swordplay from Crounching Tiger and a propulsive revenge plot from Kill Bill. Paladins is a team-based MOBA shooter that actually predates Overwatch, but shares many of its merits as a tactical murder simulator at a fraction of the cost. You’ll play as a mecha-goblin or gigantic rolling bomb and work in conjunction with your comrades to knock the numbers out of your opponents – before destroying their base. Bonus: everyone gets their own horse. Smite Following the same formula as League of Legends and Dota 2, trying to fight their way into their opponent’s base. Rather than giving players a top-down view of the battlefield, however, it chooses a third-person perspective, switching the focus of the game from tactics to action. Warframe Everything’s better in space, as in space theme. It’s a co-op third-person game where teams of ninjas suited up in powerful ‘Warframe’ armours head out to slice up bad guys, or just hang out at the dojo. It blends some MMO elements with the sensibilities of a more straightforward action game, creating something slick, exciting, and very sociable. Hearthstone Blizzard's world-dominating card game is about as addictive as chips. Who's ever had enough chips? You've always got room for more chips, and you've always got time for. Oh, and it looks pretty great on phones and tablets too. Eve Online No MMO can claim to be as player-driven as Eve Online, with the space game/lifestyle boasting mega-corporations run by legions of players and, very occasionally, gigantic space battles with upwards of 5,000 participating pilots. Lets players experience all of that space madness (bar access to some of the end-game ships and skills) without having to pay a subscription fee. Paragon While action games have begun pilfering the best bits of MOBAs in earnest, is no hybrid – it’s an uncompromised MOBA that just happens to give you full and direct control of your hero. Built by Epic Games in their own Unreal Engine 4, it’s unusually pretty in motion, thanks in no small part to some vibrant, vertiginous maps. League of Legends Inspired by the original Dota, this takes the same concept but introduces a different roster of playable characters that is constantly being expanded. Many players find, but it’s still extremely nuanced. 12 million people play it every day. You won’t struggle to find a game. Dota 2 Two teams of five choose their from a selection of hundreds before taking to the battlefield to destroy the other side’s base. It’s no mean feat, as both bases spawn waves of creatures and are protected by powerful towers. Each player will need to make the best of their hero’s abilities in what is not only a game, but a sport. It’s tough, complex, and inspires fanaticism in its fans. Heroes of the Storm It wasn’t going to be long until Blizzard entered the MOBA fray, and and League of Legends. Yet this 5v5 arena game isn’t just another Dota clone. Instead of a single map, Heroes of the Storm has many themed arenas that ask you not only to defeat the enemy but also complete side quests to help improve your chances. Not only does this provide variety, but it’s intensely fun. Team Fortress 2, has achieved legendary status thanks to its varied game modes, impeccable sense of fun, and being home to more hats than the world’s millinery stores combined. The whole game is free-to-play these days, from the standard shoot-everything-that-moves deathmatches to the fantastic Mann vs Machine co-op mode where teams fend off waves of robots. Runescape This golden oldie holds the record for being the largest MMORPG ever, as well as the most updated game. And a massive, ever-evolving world to explore, full of challenges that you can choose according to your own interests. Want to fight, complete quests, or just to play minigames? In Runescape it’s entirely up to you. Now, turn to to find more priceless games – and please do share your own recommendations in the comments. Some of these games aren't legally free, like Ground control and System Shock, police quest 3, sensible soccer, and others. Just because they're being offered at an abandonware site, doesn't mean they aren't still published. Also, still no Heroine's Quest:/ What a shame. And can I suggest Tales of Maj'Eyal while I'm at it. One of the very best roguelikes in my opinion. And there's of course also still Cataclysm: Dark Days Ahead, though it might be too complex for the average gamer, I don't know. The best free games on PC Money’s for suckers. This is a fact: you can play many amazing full games without ever pirating anything. You can play dozens of them, in fact, and some are so good you kind of wonder how the hell anyone sells anything anymore. While we all look away from that modestly-sized elephant, consider this: the array of free-to-play games on offer these days is truly bewildering, and you, being a time-challenged cog in the twenty-first century’s machine, have forgotten to type URLs that don’t begin with “facebook”. What to play? And where to find it? Here, in no particular order, are the best PC games you can play for free today. Killer Instinct A staple free download on Xbox One, Rare scrapper Killer Instinct is also available for zero dollars on PC. You’ll need to be using Windows 10 to run it (if you’re still holding out you should probably re-evaluate you general life priorities) and you won’t be able to get the full roster of fighters unless you spend some money, but the core game costs nothing. The best bit? You can fight Xbox One players on your monitors. Show the console scum who’s boss. Tera Rising Tera’s a K-poppy MMO, but stands out from its fantasy brethren with its non-targeting combat, skill-chaining and global politic system. It’s standard Asian stuff, really, even though it’s billed as the first proper action MMO. But it’s full-price for free, so worth looking at (provided you can stand the gratuitous Far East boob art). Aion Aion’s got a good reputation for being a top free PvP MMO, and there’s no denying it looks the part. Combat mechanics have always been something of an issue with critics: things can get repetitive. There’s a bunch of celestial angelic stuff going on here. If you’re looking for the most vaunted Asian F2P MMO around, you’ve found it. There are no subs, no account tiers and no purchase requirements. Fallen Earth Fallen Earth is a free post-apocalyptic MMO in which you play a clone striving to regain immortality. It’s completely stupid and a bit rubbish, but this is a massive game with some great action and more than enough MMOness to warrant the download. The Grand Canyon forms the central geographic location for Fallen Earth, which covers some 1,000 square kilometres of deep-fried wasteland. Rift Fantasy MMO Rift was a big deal when it launched, but the realities of the modern online game space soon turned it free. Choosing between 40 unique souls allows you to create your own class, with three souls available for use at any one time. Dynamic rift events drop heaps of baddies into the world, forcing you and fellow players to kill comprehensively. If you don’t, the evil things invade local towns and stop you progressing. There’s no questioning Rift’s status as a “good game”. The Mighty Quest for Epic Loot Ubisoft’s two main F2P plays are Ghost Recon Phantoms and a fantasy hack-n-slash, The Mighty Quest for Epic Loot. The latter’s hook is that you create a castle full of traps with the intention of protecting your gold from other players. It’s certainly different, and there’s so much user-created content you could never see it all (even if it does get a tad samey). This is only just out of closed beta, so there’s a bunch of balancing still being done. DC Universe Online If it’s superheroes you want, DC Universe Online is “the shit”. If you sub you get access to the game’s extensive DLC catalogue, but you have to buy the packs if you’re playing for free. Check out the restrictions. The major upside, pretty obviously, is the DC character pantheon. APB Reloaded Few events in gaming’s history have been more spectacularly depressing than APB’s launch, but that was then. Much has changed since the first version appeared in 2010, and the current state is more GTA Online for PC than the original disaster. You take jobs, you kill for money, you fight opposing gangs. The character customisation is amazing and there’s enough back-story to drown in, should you so wish. Ghost Recon Phantoms Ubisoft’s F2P noob mixes trademark Ghost Recon cover mechanics and teamplay with some well considered free-to-play gubbins, making for one of the most exciting free releases on PC so far this year. Get your mates together, form a clan, waste your free smoke grenades and refuse to buy any more. It’s a genuinely good game. And it costs nothing. War Thunder War Thunder has to be one of the best-looking F2P games on PC right now. Armored vehicles, planes, naval fleets, Japan, America, Germany, the kitchen sink: it’s got it all. Available on PS4 as well as Mac and Linux, War Thunder offers cross-platform war set in WWII and Korea. With over 600 “historically accurate” aircraft and ground vehicles included and a focus on realistic simulation, you should at least take a look. World of Tanks In the world of tanks, and such a world evidently exists, World of Tanks is king. No other similar game allows players If you want to roll around in a metal box blowing people up in blown-up towns, this game is for you. There’s a reason it has 70 million registered users. Or is it 80 million? DOTA 2 Is LoL better? It matters as much as the colour of your pants. Nearly 13 million people played Valve’s MOBA in the last month, meaning it’s nothing if not popular. DOTA 2 features enough competitiveness, prize money and shouting youngsters to induce full-blown hippy cold sweats. Probably not for 40 year-olds, but different strokes. Smite Free-to-play MOBAs aren’t in short supply anymore, but Smite holds its head above the crowd. The main difference here compared to the likes of Heroes of the Storm and League of Legends is the player viewpoint, which allows you to play more like an action game. With more than 60 gods to master (in return for some payments, natch), you’ll be here for some time. Heroes of the Storm Blizzard’s F2P MOBA is easier to access than League of Legends (see the next entry), but the lack of complexity means there’s a lower highest tier of play. This is a great game using a wide array of characters from the Blizzard pantheon that’s guaranteed to result in at least a smattering of “fun”. That’s why you’re here, right? League of Legends Yes, is impenetrable, its community is a bunch of dicks and you need to play for thousands of hours to be any good at it in relative terms, but there’s no question that League of Legends has completely nailed MOBA. If you want to see what’s turning “the kids” on these days, Star Trek Online Getting on with Star Trek in general is an obvious prerequisite to being able to play this, but STO is more than game enough for nothing. The cartoon styling may not be for everyone, and there’s a huge amount of keys to get accustomed to (the combat involves stance-switching), so this may not be the free game you’re looking to grab for a quiet evening after work. It’s got space and land missions and was developed by Cryptic, so if you’ve been around a while you’ll know what to expect. Put it this way: there’s nowhere else to fight the Borg. Age of Conan: Unchained Conan’s been around since 2008, when it released in a broken mess and was roundly savaged as a result. A lot of the problems have been fixed since then, and this enormous, visually sumptuous game is now available for free. The F2P component is very generous, but it’d be worth subbing if you were heavily involved. Check out tiers. Hawken Hawken is a mech shooter that started off with promises of being The Next Big Thing and then sort of wasn’t. That doesn’t mean it isn’t worth looking at, however, especially as now it’s It’s a bit “please buy a mech I’ll love you forever,” but someone’s got to get paid, I guess. If you’re finding yourself playing Titanfall just for the robot bit, then you should absolutely download it. Star Wars: The Old Republic One of the most expensive games ever made at its release in 2011 is now (sort of) free. It isn’t to everyone’s liking, and has been savaged easily as much as it’s been praised, but that the basic client costs nothing is kind of ridiculous. There are many catches to SWTOR’s F2P, however, such as not being able to sprint up to level 10 if you don’t pay (thanks, EA). You can pore over the perks granted to subs, but, regardless, Neverwinter Neverwinter crops up consistently on these lists, usually as a close second F2P MMO to LOTRO. The D&D RPG is completely free (although it does have something of a reputation for pay-to-win) and features the ability to create your own dungeons. Neverwinter is very much alive, with content updates and patches constantly adding to an already epic game.. Planetside 2 If you’re more far future than flowery fantasy, Planetside 2 is unavoidable. It’s large scale sci-fi combat on gigantic battlefields teeming with players, ships, lasers and death. There’s no charge. Base-building’s just been added, so, if you haven’t tried it yet, you should Team Fortress 2 This has to be the greatest F2P shooter ever made. It’s funny, stupid, brilliant and could keep you happy forever. It’s a great, great game. The cartoon style will never get old and the mix of classes and some incredible map design would make it essential even if there was a cover charge. An absolute must. Hearthstone If you haven’t started playing this yet there’s something wrong with you. The Blizzard card battler is available on both PC and mobile, and is far too addictive. The pay element comes in buying cards for your decks, but you can get on just fine without ever having to spend. Get it on PC. Then get it on tablet. Then play it forever. The Lord of the Rings Online LOTRO is the best F2P MMO on PC. There’s no question. It’s beautiful, has a range of content that puts it up there with any of its competitors and sports some of the most robust MMO mechanics in existence. If you’ve never played an MMO before, or you’re just looking to pretend to be a hobbit for a few hours, there is no excuse whatsoever: Path of Exile That Path of Exile is free is borderline criminal. You should have to pay for this ARPG. The notoriously gigantic skill tree alone is enough to download it, let alone the depth of the item combination mechanics and the fact it managed to out-Diablo Diablo III with withering ease. Free or not, Path of Exile is a horror masterpiece, and one of the best games currently on PC. You must play it. Players use slottable skill gems in Path of Exile as in most ARPGs, the difference here being that they level with play and have their own requirements for upgrading. The passive skill tree is immense. Combining gems and skills offers the sort of customization options that could keep you bogged down for years. Path of Exile sometimes feels more like EVE Online than Diablo. Path of Exile’s story is played out in Acts, and the game is often referred to as the spiritual successor to Diablo II. Players get PvP as well as PvE, and some PvP events can last for months. A current event is an Ambush and Invasion league with prizes and opportunities to contribute to the Child’s Play charity. If you complete all eight challenges in leagues you can win a t-shirt. And who doesn’t want that? Gameplay itself takes place on a wide variety of environments, from beaches to dungeons to forests. You have six classes to choose from, including the Witch, the Marauder and the Duelist. It’s got dual-gear set-ups, auto-equip and every item – including life and mana flasks – can be enchanted or elevated in rarity using a variety of orbs. It’s ridiculous, honestly. You’ll want to spend money on microtransactions out of guilt. Path of Exile offers so much for so little. It’s hardcore, but then so are you.
